Refund policies are defined in the PSA or applicable agreements. As a provider of software services, our policy is that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for services purchased. However, in exceptional circumstances, requests for a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Fundmetric management.
