Fundmetric uses the information provided our customer to deliver the services within the application, provide support, technical maintenance and marketing services.

Application Registration

In order to use this website and application fully, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, social email profiles, address, phone number and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself. If you do this information will be retained for the lifetime of your organization paying for a subscription and up to 3 years after cancellation. It may be deleted upon request.

If Fundmetric Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, our customers’ information may be among the transferred business assets. We will notify you of such a change in ownership or transfer of assets by posting a notice on the website.

Reviews/Testimonials. Any personal information you submit on our website or applications may be viewed by other users of Fundmetric. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. When seeking or receiving customer testimonials or feedback, we disclose that we may post your first name along with all or a portion of your testimonial on the website unless you inform us otherwise by following the instructions we provide.

Our Role as a Data Processor

On behalf of our customers, Fundmetric may store and process personal information about people our customers have relationships with. This data is owned, generated or provided by the customer. Fundmetric has built controls in the application for our customer to edit, change, delete and export any personal information they may obtain.  Fundmetric does not directly contact anybody found in customer data unless legally compelled to do so, or we consent. Any requests we receive about this data will be forwarded to the appropriate customer as soon as reasonably possible.
