Enterprise Sales Representative

Your role at Fundmetric

The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for furthering growth within their assigned territory, providing Fundmetric’s  A.I. software solutions to Hospital Foundations, Educational Institutions and non-profit groups. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for enterprise accounts in the charitable sector to meet and exceed company goals. Experience in enterprise sales as well as excellent relationship building, negotiation, and technical skills will enable you to be successful in this role.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Promote Fundmetric products and services across the healthcare industry in your designated territory to consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets;

  • Define and implement strategies to generate, identify, qualify and manage leads and business opportunities;

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while maintaining and expanding existing accounts;

  • Successfully articulate a compelling value proposition and ROI;

  • Build and strengthen business relationships with existing accounts and develop selling opportunities; leverage your network to increase our footprint;

  • Accurately track and manage all sales activities and updates within the Hubspot CRM;

  • Communicate and collaborate with all cross-functional team members to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience and proven success in direct sales, preferably in a SaaS sales model;

  • Experience and knowledge of the institutional fundraising  industry sales process and stakeholders;

  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales;

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills;

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and technical skills;

  • Good understanding of sales process engineering.
